Tempory Terms and conditions

1.Purpose

“Kayakmore.eu SP is not yet registered or operational. Any emails, forms, or requests at this stage are expressions of interest only.”

2.No Payment / No Booking

“Submitting an interest form does not constitute a confirmed booking, and no payment is taken at this stage. Once Kayakmore.eu SP is officially registered and operational in Slovenia, we will contact you to confirm availability and request payment.”

3.Non-binding

“We cannot guarantee availability at this time. Expressions of interest are recorded for planning purposes only and do not create any contractual obligation for either party.”

4.Communication

“By submitting your interest, you agree to receive updates regarding our activities and the opening of Kayakmore.eu SP.”

5.Refunds / Cancellations

Not applicable yet — no money has been received.

6.Legal Status

“Kayakmore.eu SP will operate under Slovenian law once officially registered. Until then, no bookings or payments are binding.”
